That is definitely an interesting observation and an excellent video. As
for the two anomalous satellites, Jonathan McDowell’s Starlink web page at
https://planet4589.org/space/con/star/stats.html includes information about
failed spacecraft and lots of other important statistics such as heights.
It was last updated 2023 May 04 19:05:41 but you might check once it has
been refreshed after the date and time of your observation.
