Quite clear evening, but misty with a large Moon in the S. Everything running early including 96-29F (TiPS). 97-68B (USA 136 r) has just reached an acceptable elevation in the NE, and with flashes to approx +10.5 I can see it at magnification x100, but not x40. I plan to watch it for the next 3 hours and hopefully - if cloudless - catch it again rising in the SW before dawn. It's running 20s early on today's elset from Mike McCants: USA 136 Cent r 2.8 v 1 25035U 97068B 03310.10490449 0.00005440 00000-0 13716-2 0 09 2 25035 63.7443 58.1839 7487278 247.9293 0.0000 2.03284451 06 David.
