All the UFO rockets are Centaur upper stages, so one would expect them to
show strong brightness variations. The tumbling is a normal effect of the
    launching operation.
The UFO satellite elements have been official use only since around 1999 day 200,
except for UFO 10, but there the constaint hasnt been applied to the rockets.
    These are UFO5 rocket 23590(95 27B), UFO6 R 23697( 95 57B) , UFO7 R, 23968 (96 24B),
    UFO8 R, 25259 ( 98 16B), UFO9 R 25502 ( 99 68B), UFO10 R, 26968 (99 63B)
