    The ground track and timing of key events appear to be the same as those
    published prior to the 2001 Sep 08 NOSS launch, which confirms the years of
    speculation about this launch.
    
    Apart from the launch, the only real suspense is the number of satellites. Only
    two were deployed after the 2001 launch, but I strongly suspect that a third
    failed to deploy. This time, I predict that there will be the usual three NOSS
    satellites.
    
    I expect to post search elements a few days prior to launch.
