1970-113A (#04813) Cosmos 389 - Tselina D

SCC'S FINAL REPORT - prepared Nov 24, 21:52 UTC - shows the
decay on:
24 November,19:51 UTC +/- 12 minutes (23.9°N, 45.9°E)
descending over the Arabian Dessert.

MPM + REENTRY delivers with the ELSETs 033258.503.. - 03328.796...
(SFX 177, ap 016) the decay on:
24 November, 21:21 UTC +/- 22 minutes (06.55°, 25.74°E)
descending over Central Africa.

I have some doubts about the FINAL REPORT. Time and co-ords
are the same as SCC'S 02 HOURS BERFORE DECAY message.
