These are observations taken during the evening of November 3,
2013. There were some heavy rainshowers, but in between them the sky
    was quite clear.

    NOTES:
    ------
    1) Another unknown, designated 99078, was seen and tracked until it
was obscured by clouds. Since the track is short it is not possible
to fully constrain the orbit, but searching over a range of mean
motions and eccentricities suggests the following orbital
       parameters are the best fit.

    1 99078U 13807A 13307.83461572 .00000000 00000-0 00000-0 0 05
    2 99078 25.7240 317.8256 5746298 187.5170 263.7669 4.47049648 02

This orbit is not really predictive, though I can provide a set of
search orbits covering a range in mean motion.

    Regards,
       Cees
