Spotted ISS in background while watching fireworks

I took my family to a local fireworks display last night. Just as it started, in the background I saw something transiting. At first I thought an aircraft as it's on a flightpath, but no navigation lights blinking.

My next guess was the ISS, especially when it disappeared as it hit the earth's shadow. Confirmed correct after I checked on heavens-above once I got home.

My daughter caught it on video.
