A weather amateur in the north of the Netherlands photographed the
Andromeda Galaxy (NGC 224) yesterday evening, 13 Nov:

In the pictures a satellite trace is visible. Using the Space-Track full
catalog file I'm unable to identify the satellite.

The camera location was within about 1 km of these coordinates:

N 53.2901
E 5.7645

The EXIF times in the pictures are incorrect. The photographer reports
that the pictures were taken on 13 Nov. 2018 between 20:41 and 20:46 UTC
(21:41 and 21:46 LT). He also reports that the satellite was slow moving,
just a couple of degrees in 5 minutes.

Using RTGUI I found that at above coordinates at 20:43 UTC, NGC 224 was at:

Azimuth: 174 deg
Elevation: 78 deg

Is anybody able to identify the object?
Thank you for your help.
