I agree 100%!!! Dave Ransom's, RPV Astronomy has the best TLE collection 
around that I have found, but it can run ya high on LD Bills, if you 
don't live in California.. :) (I Speak from experience), I have found 
that, oig1.gsfc.nasa.gov, is the best around on the internet, that is 
where Dave Ransom gets his TLE's from, all his files are, are a 
combination of the, Visible, Geo, Interest, Weather, and GPS, satillite 
TLEs from OIG..... Give it a try... I think you will like it..
