Orion 3 Flashes

In PPAS format
99- 24 A 99-10-11 23:52:04.6 JDG 193.6 0.3  10 19.36  +1.0->inv

I've observed flashes/flares from Orion 3 in the past.  Today conditions were 
favorable for a timed observation.   The flashes were bright, sharp - like a 
tumbling Iridium -  and at regular intervals.   The +1.0 mag is a best guess. 
 The flashes were quite bright but I never tried a 1x obs.
