PPAS format:
81-119 B 99-10-13 02:55:56.3 RMC 185.2 0.1  26  7.12  mag+7->inv, F'F'

Observed Intelsat 5-3r again tonight. This time got good flash timings.
Flashes weren't as bright as last night, nor as sharp. The last PPAS entry
on this object, made two years ago this week, had it with a flash period of
6.17 seconds.
