1999-048E (#25917) FOTON 12 DEBRIS

My preceding forecast (Oct 18 UTC) was in error by one day, Sorry !

SpaceCom has now issued its first prediction, prepared Oct 19, 03:41 UTC:
                 23 October, 03:56 UTC +/- 03 days (20.0°S, 138.3°E)
With the last ELSET - 99292.274... - MPM delivers a decay at
                 22 October, 18:35 UTC +/- 06 hours
I am sure that SpaceComs next forecast will be shift the decay time backwards. 
But it is too early for more precise statements. Let us wait and see....
