Flaring Geosat Update

I observed #23571 (Intelsat 706 or 7F6) again at about 
01:50 UT on 20 Oct 99. It was 2-3 magnitudes fainter than
when I observed it a week or so ago.  Another factor is
that I observed it an hour earlier in addition to the 
later calender date.   But it does seem to prove that 
the brighter obs earlier was due to increased sunlight
reflection at it neared eclipse.
