Pierre Neirinck produced these elements, using observations by himself and
Russell Eberst, from 18 to 24 Oct UTC.

Lacrosse 3 18.0 4.5 0.0 3.6 v
1 25017U 97064 A 99297.77826860 .00001148 00000-0 20369-3 0 1608
2 25017 56.9960 245.4470 0019997 123.0929 237.0993 14.66780030 07

Pierre reports that on 23 Oct, at 18:28 UTC, the satellite underwent a brief,
rapid variation in brightness. At 60 deg elevation in the NW, over a period of
4.7 s, it went from mag 0, then faded to mag 4.5, then brightened to 0.5, then
faded to mag 3 and finally went to mag 2.

Has anyone else seen similar behaviour from the Lacrosses?
