SPACECOM'S last forecast - prepared October 29, 15:46 UTC - shows the decay on
                         30 October, 14:14 UTC +/- 14 hours (27.1°N, 341.1°E)
on a northbound pass over the Atlantic.

MPM + REENTRY delivers with the ELSETs 00303.180... - 00303.610... the decay on
                         30 October, 10:32 UTC +/- 45 minutes (29.7°S, 217.9°E)
on a descending pass over the Pacific. This is in general agreement with Alan's
    actual prediction.
+/- on rev around my time forecast is no pass over the USA.
