Intelsat 5-F3 rk (#13007) was a fairly bright flasher last night from So.
    CA.
Last observation I could find in the PPAS db was by Michel Jacquesson.

Gorizont 17 (#19765) has just about left the US. Presently, flashes from
both panels can be seen in the early evening hours, but they begin to fade
    as the night passes.
