One flash observed from starshine 3, in a N-S pass low in west at 10:40UT October 4. Magnitude +1.5 + or - 0.5, strobe like, as expected. No other flashes seen looking further along track for more than 40 seconds. Using 7x50 binoculars because of bright moonlight and looking over 10Km of suburban lights. Used Heavens-above predictions.
