I get Superbird A flashes near RA 3:02, N of eta Eridani, for mid-northern latitudes. Subtract about 4 min of RA per day (and run your prediction program) (or ask me) For Texas, Superbird A passes there at 03:11 UTC on Oct.17 Intelsat 512 flashes appear to be too close to the Sun for Northern observers now.
