Viewed with 10 X 50 binoculars #26692 / #01004C at nose of Delphinus at 23.10.29 UTC, and was able to follow until went below tree line. ( Heavens Above gave wrong time, 1 min. 45 sec.to early, Rob Matson's SkyMap was right on time. I used an el set with epoch of 01290.13603222 obtained from OIG at 21.30.00 UTC). Very fast, at perigee under 100 miles. Hope to see again tomorrow night with a pass 20 minutes later when it will be darker with maybe a chance to see without binocs . Also saw Iridium 3 flare ( thanks to Rob Matson again for IRIDFLARE) to -6 magnitude at 23.39.36 UTC at az 164 el 48.
