Observed #26692

    Viewed with 10 X 50 binoculars #26692 / #01004C at nose of Delphinus at
    23.10.29 UTC, and was able to follow until went below tree line. ( Heavens
    Above gave wrong time, 1 min. 45 sec.to early,  Rob Matson's SkyMap was
    right on time. I used an el set with epoch of 01290.13603222 obtained from
    OIG at 21.30.00 UTC). Very fast, at perigee under 100 miles. Hope to see
    again tomorrow night with a pass 20 minutes later when it will be darker
    with maybe a chance to see without binocs . Also saw Iridium 3 flare (
    thanks to Rob Matson again for IRIDFLARE) to -6 magnitude at 23.39.36 UTC at
    az 164 el 48.
