Particularly bright flashes occurred at 2:29, 2:30, 2:32 and 2:36 UTC

This series of flashes occurred about 45 minutes before the time that Ed Cannon reported yesterday (3:15 UTC). There were no half-period flashes observed. I'm wondering if this is some surface other than the solar panels. Most flashes were about +5.0. The brightest ones were +1 or brighter.
