    Orbital inclination will be 42.4 deg, and visibility will extend several degrees
    north of that in latitude.

    Based on your site coordinates in my file, it looks like you will have a
    pre-dawn 20 deg pass of the spacecraft.
    
    Predictions using my elements should be accurate to about 1 minute in time,
    assuming launch on 2003 Oct 15 at 01:00 UTC, and same orbits as Shenzhou 3 and
    4. Of course, it never hurts to start looking a few minutes early.
