Dale Orbital inclination will be 42.4 deg, and visibility will extend several degrees north of that in latitude. My latest search elements are here: http://satobs.org/seesat/Oct-2003/0048.html Based on your site coordinates in my file, it looks like you will have a pre-dawn 20 deg pass of the spacecraft. Predictions using my elements should be accurate to about 1 minute in time, assuming launch on 2003 Oct 15 at 01:00 UTC, and same orbits as Shenzhou 3 and 4. Of course, it never hurts to start looking a few minutes early.
