    Just as a follow up , PCNE TV which I believe is part of the Phoenix group
    (I may be wrong) and which broadcasts to Europe and North America is at this
    moment featuring background to the story in it's Top Stories News section.
    
    For European list members , PCNE is available via the Astra 2 group at 28
    degrees east.
