    Notes:
    ~~~~~~~
    (1) Still to report - hopefully tomorrow:
        DMSP B5D1-4, Lacrosse 2 (1st pass), DMSP B5C-04, DMSP B5D2-6,
        Milstar 3, DMSP B5D2-8, DMSP 16 , USA 160(C) (1st pass),
        USA 160 (1st pass), USA 160 rocket, DMSP 5D-2 S-14, DMSP B5D2-7
        (not sure I can get a position from the video tape), USA 144,
        Noss 3 (G), KH9-19 and Noss 3 (C).
    (2) I observed the new DMSP - #16 and got some positions although
        official elements are still available - wonder why they are not
        classified like most of the other DMSP's.
    (3) The second pass of USA 160 and USA 160(C) had a very noticeable
        difference in the magnitudes of the two satellites, differing
        by about 2.5 magnitudes.I havent noticed this before. The first
        pass had the usual slight magnitude difference. I attach a picture
        showing this ( only for Dsat readers).
    (4) From time to time I will attach small JPEG pictures of interesting
        satellites tracked, provided no one objects. I will normally give
        the date and the time is shown on the picture in UT as hrs:min:sec.sec
        -however since the pictures are effectively time exposures of around
        10 seconds or longer the seconds display will be blurred. The field
        of view is 1.89 x 1.43 degrees unless otherwise noted. The satellite
        will normally be the longest trail - the other short trails are of
        course stars.  Todays pictures will be USA 81, the Noss 2-1 triplet,
        and the USA 160 pair. (This only applies to Dsat readers as no
        attachments allowed in SeeSat mailings).
    Cheers
    Greg
