    Given John's position and the time, The only suspect that FINDSAT finds with
    latest alldat.tle is 73 86 BA ( 7058). I used a 2.5 minute time window and a 3
    degree position window.
    This object is  debris from the breakup of the
    delta rocket that launched NOAA3, cant imagine it could produce the effect.
