I started watching #05681 under delta cepheus but did not get a good point
    there.

Hilsat #14154 was followed from beta aquila up to fuzzy object that was
later id as M27 the Dumbell Nebula.

Explorer 22 #00899 was followed starting at alpha cassiopiea.

Kyokko 1 #10664 was tracked starting near alpha ophichus for more than 1600
    different sats I have seen.

Noaa 5 was id as unknown seen in telescope 1.5 degree from beta cassiopiea
    at 0.06.54 UTC.

Attempted and saw 2 new for me cosmos within 30 seconds time but 37 degrees
apart using telescope, Cosmos 505 #06118 at beta cassiopiea at 0.08.26 UTC
and then moved to 1 degree above mu pegasus to see Comos 979 r #10293.

An unknown flared briefly to 3 mag at approx 23.53.40 UTC oct 3 unaided eye
approx 3 degree right of Albireo, beta cygnus, heading 180 azimuth. Idsat
has Cosmos 1666 deb #19241 #85058C in the right area and right time with a
predicted mag of 5.9. Has anyone else seen this object flare?
