A further look at my records, reveals that at least one previous FSW spacecraft
flashed.
FSW-1 14 (93063A / 22859) was launched on 1993 Oct 08 UTC. Russell Eberst
observed it steady on 1993 Oct 22, but on 1993 Nov 25, he observed it flashing
with a 3 s period. Thereafter, it flashed with a decreasing period.
