On 041006 spotted 94030A = 23108 = Gorizont 30
flashing max 4 period 98.6 secs.
Confirmed tonight 041008, period increased to 101.7 sec. 
Currently flashing between RA 20h30m and 22h, visible Europe
and probably Africa & much of Asia.
