I have been able to observe the (presumably) UHF F/O object that Kevin Fetter discovered last week. I will use a temporary number of 90099 until I have a chance to try to decide which object it is. 1 90099U 04283.68769934 0.00000000 00000-0 00000-0 0 09 2 90099 5.2000 198.1864 0000100 0.1856 359.8144 1.00270000 08 On Friday night (Oct 9 UT), I recorded mag 9.5 at 3:46 UT and mag 10.5 at 3:52. Shadow entry occurred about that time. After shadow exit, I recorded mag 7 at 4:55 UT. On Saturday night (Oct 10 UT), I recorded: 3:25 mag 7 3:30 mag 7.5 3:33 mag 9 3:38 mag 9.5 3:39 mag 6 (Ed easily saw it in binoculars) 3:41 mag 9 3:50 mag 9 3:54 very faint - shadow entry I used my 8 inch telescope at 90x. Observing site was BCRC, Austin, TX.
