    Note that at latitude 33N, the Clarke Belt is at about
    declination -5.3 or -5.4 (except that low in the east and 
    west it's a little farther north due to parallax).  For 
    some of them more precision in time and RA is needed to be 
    more certain of the ID, but the above seem likely to be:
    
    26761 01-018A XM-1 (probably not 27820 03-024A AMC-9)
    24936 97-050A GE 3
    26624 00-076A Anik F1 (probably not 23846 96-022A MSAT 1)
    26724 01-012A XM-2
    
    Several more should be visible with even small binoculars.
