    hello,

after quite a long time I observed my favourite object again yesterday
    morning.
    Gorizont 23 = 91- 46 A = 21533 was already low in the west and will become
visible over America from now one. It was nicely visible with binoculars
like it usually is flashing every minute to mag + 7.

    91- 46 A 04-10-19 03:55 KJ 608.3 0.1 10 60.83 mag +7

Period is currently 60.83 seconds, more or less similar to what Don Gardner
    saw
in August (see PPAS entries below from Mike McCants PPAS index page).

This maximum period during the last two months is probably again the start
    of an
acceleration of the rotation of the Gorizont body, as was also seen in 2003
    (58.3
seconds in August and 58.0 seconds in December) and in the years before,
    mostly during the autumn timeframe.
