Pass is at 1322 on October 10 UTC so first pass after Progress launch will
be early on the 11th our time.

Should also be a Soyuz R/B to look out for, I have seen one unassisted
before and they usually are only in orbit for a few days. before decay.

It is looking highly unlikely that conditions will permit any observation
here with rain or showers forecast for the rest of the week.

As the Progress is manned launch is to be broadcast on NASA-TV and may also
appear on the tracker at spaceflight.nasa.gov
