3 hr trajectory for Soyuz MS-17

ROSCOSMOS reports the use of a superfast 2 revolution (3 hour) trajectory to the
ISS for the upcoming Soyus MS-17 launch:

Launch is at 5:45 UT (Oct 14) from Baikonur. Docking at 8:52 UT (Oct 14) over
southern Europe.

Based on the info with the ROSCOSMOS tweet (200 x 242 km, 51.67 deg inclined
orbit), here is an estimated elset for the 1st revolution:
