Thank you, Antonio. I appreciate your clear explanation. You mentioned that
the flares move from east to west during the night. I also observed
these same flares very low in the northwestern sky in Bootes several weeks
ago after the end of *evening* twilight.

Do you know of any more resources / graphics about these final-orbit
flares? Or predictions for them? I was unable to identify the particular
Starlink
satellite launches involved.
