    looking at milstar 3.  lots of movement
    thru my sky.  on previous pass tonight (too
    twilight to get points) it started at altitude of 
    approx 3000 km in the W and by the time it 
    left me in the E is was down to approx 1300 km.
    it appears steady and has a golden coloration.
