    I could have mis-ID'd the star left of Deneb:
    24680 96 072A   5918 F 20000909193554800 17 25 2058000+460200 19 I+010 04
    in which case it was 0.5 s early, which agrees better with Russell's
    obs Sep.7+8 (0.4,0.3 early)
