    I would like to repeat this request for observations of this small object
    over the next few months. If you are fortunate enough to observe any
    upcoming passes, please forward optical characteristics information such as
    tumble period (if any), number of cycles observed (if appropriate), max and
    min brightness. Observation is best attempted when the range between you and
    the object is less than 1600km and preferably even smaller. At 1600km, the
    brightness is expected to be +9.
