Any anomalies from Iridium 16 recently?

Has anyone observed anything unusual from Iridium 16 (24841, 97-030F)
recently? There's a report on the newsgroup of a flare of possibly
up to ten magnitudes too bright. It was the person's first such
observation, and at the time he did not know what it was and was not
looking for anything like that.

New NOSS (?) objects -- using Ted's second set of search elements,
we have predicted passes over Austin beginning next Thursday.
