Report time 19:30 UTC
1983-077C (#14236) PAM-D

SPACECOM'S FINAL REPORT - prepared Sept 14, 10:45 UTC -
shows the decay on
 14 September, 10:08 UTC +/- 01 hours (06.4°N, 264.7°E)
on a descending pass over the Pacific.

My final analysis with MPM + REENTRY based on the
ELSETs 01256.780... - 01257.269... remains unchanged:
 14 September,10:10UTC+/11 minutes (02.29°N,274.22°E)
on the same pass over the Pacific.
If the PAM-D had survived for a few minutes there
was a possibility to see the decayer from Quito (Ecuador).
