Hi All,
After some extensive off-list discussions, I think there is a consensus
amongst some of the "main" players of positional obs of spysats that for
the time being positional obs and orbital elements of these sats will not
be posted to the list. Discussions and follow-up, please to UseSat-L, not
the list itself.
The other news from the [ADMIN] front is that I will be moving SeeSat-L
and the VSOHP web-pages to a new server by the middle of this week. The
SeeSat-L WWW archives are already at this new server (see the link on the
SeeSat-L web-pages for details), as are the VSOHP
pages (though the latter are still at the old place too). I will do my
best to make this process transparent to users, by moving the
www.satellite.eu.org domain to the new server. This will not be complete
until next week, and I will keep you up-to-date. For now, please keep
using the lists.satellite.eu.org and www(2).satellite.eu.org addresses.
Please stop using blackadder.lmsal.com addresses, since they will stop
functioning soon.
Links and list may be broken or a bit slow during this move. I appreciate
your patience with the list and the web-pages as we pass through this
transition phase.
