By chance, while looking for Ir 24, 27, 71 tumblers (no 1x flashes?) I found
SPOT 3 93-61 A 22823 doing 1x flashes about 19:15:06/51.2, 16:19.4, 17:57.8.
In binoculars I found a nice complex light curve, with flashes at the start
of 4-second fluctuating maxima (18:28.8/52.1, 19:00.0)

Laps 28.2 66.3 32.1 31.0 23.3 7.9 seem to suggest 31.5 as best fit period,
using SYNODIC.
