    Report time 12;00 UTC

    1999-018B (#25674) ATLAS 2A Centaur RB

    SPACECOM'S FINAL REPORT - prepared Sept 27, 21:36 UTC -
    shows the decay on
      27 Sept, 20:04 UTC +/- 09 hours (18.3°N, 359.9°E)
on a descending pass over the Atlantic.
My final analysis with MPM + REENTRY based on the
    three ELSETs 01270.157... - 01270.180... delivers
      27 Sept,19:54 UTC +/-22 minutes (10.29°N, 292.35°E)
on an ascending daylight pass over northern Vene- zuela.

There is a gap of about 15 hours between the last
ELSET and the decay time. My window (+/- 22 minutes)
is nevertheless small because the geomagnetic situation during the above
mentioned gap was normal and undisturbed.
