    Hi all,
    
    Another try tonight for the Kodiak Star mission launch from Kodiak, Alaska.
    Window is from 01:30 to 04:30 UT, chances are at 40 % because of solar particle
    flux still above limit.
    
    Here is the predicted TLE for Starshine 3, the last satellite to be released,
    for a launch at 01:30 UT :
