I observed during a period of low phase-angle, on 2003 Sep 09 from 10:06 UTC
through 10:20 UTC, during which I did not see any flickering. The long-period
variation was not evident during any of the above measurements, but did become
evident during the final two minutes of the session. Phase-angle increased
throughout the session. Personal circumstances made it impossible to observe all
    of the pass.
