Nice clear night after the warmest September day in 60 years. It was +23.7 C
during the observations, after a daytime maximum of +31.1 C.

USA 245 was some 0.9s late.

USA 245 was much brighter than during earlier passes. It was an easy naked eye
object this time, slowly flaring to mag. +1 near 20:38:15 UTC.

After observing USA 186 and while waiting for USA 245/NROL-65, a very bright,
slowly irregular object appeared. I took some pictures just to be sure: it
turned out to be ALOS (06-002A).
