    My apologies;  I should have posted something on this list back in early
    September... I didn't realize it was going to get this level of attention!

    I was able to link the 2013 QW1 astrometry to 2010-050B,  the booster
    for the Chang'e 2 lunar mission,  shortly after the object got an MPEC
    in late August.  At that point,  there was no real doubt as to its identity.
    (As you'll see at the above link,  this object has been tracked since
    shortly after it flew by the moon in October 2010.)
    
    We've managed to lose it,  then find it again,  twice before this.  I've
    some hope we'll keep track of it this time!
