     That looked like an excellent idea.  I gave it a try,  and got back
a "no TLEs available" message.  TLEs are rather spotty for high-fliers
in general,  and I wouldn't be surprised if they were still more so back
in the 1970s.

     We've gotten a few more observations of the object.  The problem is
that the mean motion doesn't quite match either SOLRAD 11B or the
apogee kick motor.  I'll probably see if I can find some of the people
who worked on this mission forty years ago,  and see if they remember
anything about what SOLRAD 11B might have been doing near the end of
its working life in 1979.  A bit of a long shot,  I'm afraid.
